Owner/Founder

Richard Amerman

Richard's background is in application development, systems analysis, network administration and database development and administration. His experience spans over a decade and a half. He has been working with Open Source technologies on and off for the past 10 years. His specialty is architecting custom web based applications. He began working with Plone over 4 years ago, speaking at the first Plone conference. He began working with Asterisk about 2 years ago. Richard has also spent much of his professional life as an educator in one capacity or another. He has taught a wide variety of topics including: Hang Gliding, First Aid, CPR, Music, Technology, and even Juggling. He created and ran a youth computing center at a community based non-profit in Seattle. He has given presentations at numerous events on Plone and other open source technologies.
